I have over seven years experience as a graphic designer/marketing coordinator for a moderately sized city municipality. This municipality boasts a golf course, an outdoor pool, seven parks, 87 street banner poles, a recently updated website, a booming economic development market, and what I’ve been told is the second largest publicly owned recreation center in the state of Ohio. As a result of this unique environment, I have designed for a wide range of web and print mediums: advertisements (online and circular), posters, flyers, street banners, T-shirts, calendars, maps, company recruitment literature, and e-newsletters. Nearly all of it within just the last year. I am adaptable and inventive in ways to balance visual appeal and cost-cutting measures, and I have a wealth of experience working with anyone from vendors to upper management to engineers to utility maintenance crews.
